Connect mind, breath and body through moderate flowing asanas. Includes plenty of full body stretching and some light strength and balance work. This session is for everyone, while a gentle/moderate paced class, it is easily modified for beginners to advanced participants. The practice is an enjoyable combination of movement and stillness, designed to clear the mind, moderately work the body, and results in a relaxed state of calmness. Most of all, it is intended to be fun and feel the breeze of the ocean and the beautiful sunset.
